Life is so interconnected, and to reach a state of true holistic health, we must cover more than just food. The more important factors that impact your state of wellness are misaligned beliefs, thoughts and traumas that “depolarize” the body, mind, and spirit, therefore blocking you from attaining your goals, no matter how “healthy” you eat, or how hard you exercise. These detrimental though-forms, beliefs, and traumas then get stored in the organs and glands and manifest As acute or chronic disease. An example of an imbalanced liver would manifest as the emotions of anger, resentment, and frustration. We can heal, or “repolarize” these detrimental blocks within the body’s system and reach a state of quantum coherence. The state of wellness that is achieved within the mind, body, and spirit is cherished by all who have become ELEVATED!
